Purchasing

  • Add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart.
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ and enter the details requested to complete your order

PayPal will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order and once your order has been accepted, and hence a contract between us, we shall email your invoice and the despatch information.

Wide fittings and certain heels/sizes are shown ‘Made to Order’.  These take approximately 4-6 weeks to manufacture.

Back Orders

We will back order any item which is not in stock.  We will advise you by email giving you the option to cancel your order or choose an alternative item.

Delivery Information

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24.

Shoes which are in stock we endeavour to despatch within 24 hours of purchase.  Unfortunately, unexpected demand for a particular shoe can sometimes result in it being out of stock.  We try to hold stocks of every size listed but sometimes they may need to be restocked and this will take longer to despatch.

Made to Order shoes take about 4 to 6 weeks to manufacture.  These shoes are returnable but we would need to charge a restocking fee of £5.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted.  They are not held in clear text on any website.

Payment Terms

All prices are shown in GBP (Pounds Sterling).  Payment in full must be sent with all orders.  We accept Visa, Mastercard & Maestro.  Secure Credit Card payments are handled by PayPal.

Guarantee

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring the goods are suitable.

 

Returns Policy

We will accept all goods (except ‘made to order’ shoes) for one free exchange/return on the following conditions:-

  1. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt and if purchased on this website must be returned direct to The Old Coach house, Droitwich rd, Torton, Kidderminster, Worcestershire DY10 4HU.  Goods must be returned unused, undamaged and unsoiled in their original packaging ( to avoid soiling shoes when trying them on, use a clean soft area e.g. carpet)
  2. Please email us or telephone should you need to return your shoes.
  3. Postal charges will not be refunded except in the case of faulty manufacturing.

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
